Return & Refund Policy

At AVOURA, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If something doesn't feel quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, simply email us at info@avourashop.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to help with exchanges — just reach out to us and we'll make it easy.

Sale & Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. All other sale items follow our standard return policy.
